Unfortunately, we live in a world where environmental factors have depleted our air, water, and soil, resulting in a food-supply that is often lacking in the nutrients necessary for optimum health. Subsequently, our nervous-system is often deprived of vital nutrients. I like to think of the contemporary brain as Johnny Apple Seed missing a few seeds. And I like to think of Quiet Minds as the mascot with the missing seeds. Without those seeds, Johnny can’t fulfill his mission in life, which means less apples for the rest of us. So, if you’d like your brain to be a better itinerant-farmer, then take a few minutes to consider this:
